Pricing questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free includes the AI agent, the live chat inbox and 50 AI replies a month, with no credit card and no time limit. It isn’t a trial: you can stay on Free for as long as you like.
Is the AI on the Free plan the same as on paid plans?
Yes. Every plan uses the same AI model and answers from your own content the same way. Paid plans give you more AI replies, more knowledge sources, projects, team seats and integrations.
What counts as an AI reply?
Each message the AI sends to a visitor, plus each Copilot draft. Messages from your team and from visitors don’t count, and live chats are unlimited.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Your chat keeps working. New questions go to your team’s inbox instead of the AI until the limit resets on the 1st. You can also add packs of 1,000 extra AI replies, or upgrade.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 12 months up front and get 2 months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly from your Billing page.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from your Billing page. Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments aren’t refundable, which is why the Free plan has no time limit: try everything first, then upgrade when you’re ready.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What is a project?
A project is one chat with its own knowledge, look and install code, usually one website, brand or product. Use it on as many of your own domains as you like. Need different answers for another product or brand? Add a project. Your AI replies, team and knowledge source limit are shared by all your projects.
Do you have plans for agencies?
Yes. Agencies can resell TullyDesk Chat to their clients and earn recurring commission through our Partner Program.
