What is a project?

One chat with its own knowledge, look, Flows and install code. Usually one website, brand or product.

When do I need a second project?

When a website, brand or product needs different answers. If two sites should give the same answers, install the same project on both.

Do I need a project for each domain?

No. One project works on as many of your own domains and subdomains as you like.

Are AI replies shared?

Yes. Your plan’s AI replies are shared by all your projects, and so are your team members and your knowledge source limit. Billing shows how many each project uses.

Can each project have its own team?

Yes. Assign each agent to one or more projects. They only see those projects’ chats and only get their alerts.

How do I see another project’s chats?

Pick it in the Project menu at the top of the sidebar. A red dot on the menu tells you when another project has unread chats, and notifications open the right project for you.

What happens if I downgrade?

Projects over your new plan’s limit are paused, not deleted. Their chat stops showing until you upgrade or add an extra project.

I manage websites for clients. Should I use projects?

For clients, use the Partner Program instead: each client gets their own account and billing, and you earn commission on every payment.
