Custom Code needs a Wix Premium plan with a connected domain.
- In your Wix dashboard, go to Settings → Custom Code (under Advanced).
- Click + Add Custom Code and paste your chat code.
- Name it "TullyDesk Chat", choose All pages and Load code once, and place it in Body – end.
- Click Apply and publish your site.
Questions about Wix
Does it work on the free Wix plan?
Wix only allows custom code on Premium plans with a connected domain. On a free Wix site, you can share your hosted chat page link instead.
Will it replace Wix Chat?
You can use TullyDesk Chat instead of Wix Chat to get an AI agent that answers from your content. We suggest turning Wix Chat off so visitors see one chat.
Can I show the chat only on some pages?
